This is a very rare plate collection on Japanese Embroidery.

The author published a Japanese embroidery book in 1964.In it,she introduced embroidery techniques for Haneri and explained them in detail.
The explanation is very informative and useful.Someone came across the embroidery straight samples and so this book was published.

It is composed of  2 embroidery plates collection and the leaflet titled "The hisory of Embroidery".

This is a large format design collection entitled Goshodoki Monyo.Goshodoki means  traditional Japanese clothing, clothes worn by a court noble lady  and by a lady from Samurai society.

This design series is orignally composed of 23 volumes.They were published in 1980s here in Japan.A large-format one.Unfortunately,they are becoming hard-to-come by even in Japan.Recommended One!
